Kelly, if this is "normal" for you at certain times, then just let it pass as you always do (whether that be with using extra meds or not). LDN isn't going to take care of all our symptoms, for sure.

It would only be if there is a "change" (net "new) for the bad that I would be concerned whether LDN is doing what it should. Having said that, I have had new things come and go along the way, but nothing as "severe" as pre-LDN . . . so I wait till the storm passes. It always does.
