My idiot surgeon Dr David Miller put a pedicle screw through my L4 nerve while doing a fusion on L4-S1.

He left me with life long disability and pain. I've recently been doing a form of physical therapy called PRRT. I've gotten some relief from doing it.

I think it's worth Googling to check it out and see if it's available in your area.
