Now at age 20 she was admitted to respectable hospital where some genius doc figured she was simply a drug seeker. He plan of action was mainly to wean her off drugs (pain meds). After a few days in the hospital she attempted suicide. The pain is/was too much to bear. And todate no one has any idea as to the source of the pain.

The hospital released her because they can't do any more for her. And she now awaits admission into a psychiatric hospital with an excellent reputation for pain management. Perhaps some answers await.

In the meantime does anyone have any thoughts or ideas. PM me if you'd like.
Hi, Abdominal Pain can come from Myofascial Trigger Points (Knots in the muscle) in the associated muscles. Take a look at under Abdominal Pain this site for referred pain to the abdomin at.
http://www.triggerpoints.net/_sgt/m1m3_1.htm

These muscles can be treated with direct finger pressure to the trigger points by a Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist or skilled body worker. Some PT's are also trained but mostly after graduation through seminars.

Good Luck!
