Default Plants brought in from porch

Hi, I had my fushia & 2 hanging impations on the porch but it's getting cold at night so brougt them in. Do you think it would be OK to put my fushia in a south window that gets some morning sun (some trees however often block the sun)? Also the sky is usually grey from Oct. to May (north Ohio, right next to Lake Erie). Can I put the 2 impations by the 2 windows in the west windows that get lots of sun starting in the aternoon? However those 2 winndows are right above the vents & the heat would go/blow up to the impations. Also I have some potted floor plants (ponytail palm & name is on the tip of my tongue...a cactus treelike with long flowing leaves on top). Can I put them sorta near those windows but they would get some of that dirrect heat. My Norfolk Island palm does best by the humidifier (it only has those pine branches on the top 3 or 4 inches & it's tied to a vertical stake cuz it's near 3 ft tall).

I just now looked close at my ponytail palm & saw 2 tiny bugs on the pot, what might they be & what should I do (I just repotted it with potting soil from a bag (never opened)?
