Generally speaking sinemet helps with tremor, rigidity and stiffness. Over time the effectiveness diminishes and increased dosage is required which cause a whole new set of symptoms.
Do you have a regular neurologist or a MDS (movement disorder specialist). If you don't have a MDS I suggest finding one.

I am now 65 and was diagnosed 2 years ago and since then the neurologists have wanted to start me on sinemet but I am not convinced because I am able to coup without fallowing a hard regime of exercise and supplements.
My problem with sinemet is that it may not be useful to relieve my main symptoms (gait and tremor) while I am able to coupe with tension through exercise.
That is the reason I needed feedback on what symptoms are usually helped by sinemet
