I had acupuncture for Fibro and RSD. The minute she put the first needle in my head I knew I was in trouble. Severe headache within the first few minutes. I let her put the rest in other places and had no reaction.
However, I had to get trigger point injections in my head for a long time to get rid of the headaches caused by the acupuncture.
That was just my experience.
A friend had it done for a trigger finger (something like that ) and he was really helped. Others report good results. Mine was not a positive experience.
