Hi Liz, When I have the low salt versions of some foods I find that adding other spices will make up for the low salt taste that they have. There are many spices on the market that are different spices with no salt but I like to just make my own. I am not a big salt junkie but hubby and daughter are. The crave all the salty stuff while my son and I are chocolate fiends ...SUe
