It was July 5th when I first started noticing this and after reading the WebMD article I learned that my situation was probably caused by weight loss and increase in activity.
Recently though I have been staying the same weight, done right about the same amount of exercise, and there is little stress in my life.
I am over 2 weeks late and my mom is starting to get concerned since my cycle hasn't regulated over the past 2-3 weeks. She is starting to worry that there may be some hormone imbalance or something.
I've never seen a gynaecologist, so naturally I am pretty nervous at the thought of having to go to one.
Do you think my situation sounds bad enough to see one or do I just let nature take its course?
