The diagnostic tests your neuro did simply showed it's less likely you have LARGE fiber neuropathy. Nothing he did is designed to indicate small fiber neuropathy.

There are autonomic tests for small fiber neuropathy. I've had them. But the heart and BP sx you describe are also completely explainable by anxiety.

Did you ask your podiatrist whether you had metatarsalgia?
