I am sorry that you are depressed.
Having an autistic child...I don't have children...so I can't even imagine the stress that you are going thru.
There are other mothers who post here and I hope they run across this soon for you.
I am bp 1.
There are many good people here and we welcome you with open arms.
The anxiety issues you describe could definately be related to your increased anti depressant( that is a big increase) but could be from the increased stress that you are under as well and maybe both are right.
So it is best to ask your pdoc.
Do you have an individual therapist some one to help you thru this?

I am sorry this is hard for you...wonderful that you are going to go to a marriage counselor...this is a really good sign.
