Well, I have to tell you---THAT was good!
I made a huge bowl, all the crusts and rolls I had in the freezer! I tripled the recipe, added a lil cream to the milk, more sugar, more vanilla...
It came out all golden brown on top with a lovely sugary crust and rivulets of custard all around the crust, the raisins were plump and sweet, just a marvel of warmth and golden goodness.
I wish I lived near AMN so I could bring her some cause it's just love in a bowl and she could use that right about now.
I ate a bowl for her.
