Good advice. I have never used a tanning bed. I have always thought it would be nice to have a bit of a tan. But my vanity keeps me from taking the risk of early wrinkles!
I like hearing I do not look old enough to have a 25 year old daughter and be a grandmother! HA

vit D is a fat soluble vit. meaning it tends to stick around in the body. water soluble vits get flushed thru the body by the kidneys.

it's best to check with your dr, about both.
