I'm sorry that you are going through some of the same things. When you mentioned the electricity,I feel a spike of a electricity feeling going through me from time,to time. That happens when I'm not having a panic attack also.

Yes it seems to make me feel numb in the arms,and hands,and sometimes my face. I can relate to the symptoms that you mentioned. Both Ativan,and Xanax are good for panic attacks.

There's always more to it then people think,and I've never read a book that covers the subject well.
