oh what burdens you carry...and then on top of it to be bipolar II...at least it is great that you got the proper diagnosis and won't blame yourself that were and are caused by the chemical imbalance.
upping the antidepressants could certainly make you more anxious...my doctor upped mine and now i am chain smoking...
did you get anything for anxiety?
is your husband willing to read up on bipolar II....
i isolate myself but I am a lot older than you are...is there some activity you could join that wouldn't involve any stress? you don't want to add anymore stress onto your plate...it is already overloaded.
