BJ yes good for you ! how proud I am to hear that you went that is the first step and you took it and that is great. you mentioned and it IS TRUE how important it is to express your feelings.talking and sharing them or writing or even making art like a chalk picture of diffrent colors it can be as simple as using crayons and making diffrent colors of shapes to express how you feel. perhaps an idea is maybe if you cant actuly talk to the group you could try writing a short few lines and have the group leader read it to the room. just a few short lines thats all ...a little bit at a time sweetie one tiny step at a time .

when you begin to share and others hear you. and you hear others...you find you are not alone and so do they . you find you are no different then any other person who has been threw this,who is lost in this we are all the same . lost in the loss.
