Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover Botox as an injectible. Since plastic surgeons use it for cosmetic purposes, they won't have anything to do with it. So, no Botox for me. I really wish they would cover it though. I have steroid injections in my back every 2 weeks and my pain doc said that Botox would help with the pain and last longer than the steroids. Sigh.....just a slave to the government again.
