I had old fillings removed and had four teeth refilled. When the doctor first came in, I explained about my RSD and pain so that he would know in advance to be careful (although I could tell that he wasn't that familiar with what I was talking about).

He made sure to thoroughly deaden my gums before starting, and things went very smoothly . I also took the precaution of scheduling my appointment so that it would be time for pain medication not long after I got home.

No problems at all my friend.
