I wonder if that may have something to do with this 15 lbs I have gained since last Christmas (I take medication whose side effect happens to be weight loss so the fact that I have gained on it is really strange). I'm wondering if I add these enzymes if it will not only help with all, this bloat and gas that I will finally be able to drop this weight I have gained and been hanging onto for almost a year.
Anyone have any wisdom to share?

how did a chiro come up with that dx? i agree with shelley. see a gastro.

you may be "gunked up" and need to add fiber to your diet. a body can have an extra 10 lbs of fecal matter. gross...that is one reason eating plenty of fiber and drinking water is important to keep you cleaned out properly.
