I have just learned to expect the unexpected with him and court.

I do hope to find out what my part is in the trial and what they are going to be asking me and so forth. Bench trial ? Jury trial, I doubt.

I think a trial is just a waste of time, since everything is documented, and he doesn't have a leg to stand on, but who knows what his public defender has up her sleeve. The prosecutor told me it was going to trial, and he couldn't take any plea. I guess the prosecution wants him in jail......YES!!!!

Ugh, such an aggravating ordeal, not to mention draining.......................
