It sounds like yuo are making progress on your journey, I am glad for that - I hope you find someone you can trust soon - I saw 2 psychologists before I found the third one - when I met him there was something about him that told me I could trust him - I don't know what or why - I just knew - and he has taught me to trust again - only one or two people but at least that's a start - and talking here - allows you to say what you truly feel to people who are going through or have been going through the same thing and that helps too - take care - I wish you well.
