I get this stabbing sensation (like someone's stabbing me with a hatpin!)

right THERE!

It makes me leap right off my feet or out of my chair! I usually yell out loud, which can cause a problem when one is in a social situation or a meeting...

It has no rhyme or reason, it gives no warning, and it comes and goes when it pleases.
