Not sure if it will work, but when things are really bad for me (twice in the last two years) I just go to my neuros office at the very end of the day tell the PA that it's an emergency and I sit there. The Doc has seen me both times to the consternation of the PA I might add. Nothing makes me happier than seeing that ***** mad.
