Howdy Catch you are right the first one to two years are the hardest because of adjustments, and when others give advice and or tell you what and how feel, they do mean well they just don't realize how debilitating this illness can get and how annoying aggravating and how it does slowly change who and what we are, hang in there, and like Sal said

"keep on truckin, truck those blues away"

Remember no matter what you read or where its from, it helps to check what their ideas cures:smack: and ideas are based on, lately we have had a few post about news articles that wee either misrepresented and or twisted just a wee bit and a few have been total bs, check their sources and on the other hand don't read a ton about it, some of those books are worse case scenarios, and as you are finding out by now it effects you, me and everyone else differently, just as do the meds, hang in there remember you are not alone you have an extended family here any time you need us
