i can understand what you're going thru.
sometimes things get overwhelming.
you might try jotting down your sx's to see if any of them might be med related.

also, use your pharmacist. they can be a big help in teasing apart med related problems. and, of course talk to your dr.

i still remember when i was going to PT twice a wk, and i'm retired.
it's like a PT job. then you have all the home therapy they give you to do.
try to be gentle with yourself. maybe pull back from anything you don't HAVE to do. put it off til your PT is over.

sometimes it helps to reprioritize.
