These amounts are approximate because she just plunks the stuff into the blender.
Like mother, like daughter.
She says she's got 4 to share. (She's 9 years old and makes her own breakfast every day. She's been making these for about 2 years now.)
Here's her basic recipe:
1 banana
2 teaspoons coconut milk (or more if needed)
Here's the same thing but peanut butter-flavoured:
1 banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons coconut milk
Here's the third:
Add some blueberries (we usually stock frozen) to recipe #2.
Here's the fourth:
1 banana
1 handful of blueberries
a bit of water (if we're out of coconut milk)
Special note: yesterday we just found a company in Canada that makes organic basmati rice milk. I'm sure that will make it into some of her future breakfast recipes.
