Does my pain sound like it could be a case of Meralgia Paresthetica ?

Sounds like Sciatica pain to me....you can go to a deep tissue massage therapist and then to stretching...your doctor can provide you information sheets with pictures to show how to stretch and things not to do - if you have chronic inflammation you can take meds for inflammation to calm it down then definately do stretching on a daily basis. Some chiropractors can aslo relieve your symptoms/pain. Could be a muscle that is just too tight and needs released. Hope this helps.
