

Sorry to hear you're grumpy today.
I've had days where I felt like flinging plates and punching walls.

If I have the energy, I channel it into cleaning stuff as I listen to heavy metal music.
If not, I have a stuffed animal that is my anger channeler. Got this tip from a psychologist a
long time ago, which is probably where the idea for those stress balls came from. Believe it or not, Mine's the mascot for Syracuse U, so it's a round orange thing, LOL. I stomp on it, squeeze it, throw it at something (no breakables nearby). Then go do something else, like one of my hobbys or video games.
