Hello and welocme to Neuro Talk, I did some searches for what you posted and the name Briquet's syndrome( another name for smontoform disorder), did not have much luck. Other than what a few asked already I might add one thing, Second Opinion, its a good thing to have a second opinion, this way down the road you wont start wondering should I could i ect....
