I;ve heard of my panic attacks as fight or flight and when i get them i have tingling hands or feet, maybe thats what youre referring to?

I get panic attacks and i get tingling hands and feet. my fight or flight response kicks in and then i go into a state where i cant conrol my breathing...

id love to help you out if you could explain a bit more
