Mrs. D...
Sometimes when I take the R Lipoic, I get blurry vision. Do you know what this might mean? I stopped taking it because of this. Very curious about this! I was happy to read at LEF that R Lipoic might help with headaches/ migraines but am frustrated about the vision issues. BTW, I have a problem with dry eyes...which are bothering me right this second (so if you see typos...this explains it).
I can't take much Green Tea due to the headaches. I know that I am limited with that or I will get a h/a. Yerba Mate...same thing.
Mistiis... Chromium Picolinate...that is a good one for me and maybe you should try it or ask your doctor about it. Recently, my doc told me to try
Chromium Polynicotinate 200 mcg (but I can go up to 400 mcg). Said this might help w/ energy and weight loss. I started this and it did seem to help a little.
Found this on LEF
