Hi Richard! Welcome to our group!! It is the weekend and it is quiet but I know that you will get more replies..just hang tight! Our Darling Melody will drop in soon...she is a well of information and what she preeches....she practices!! She is a wonderful role model for any diabetic...a very wise lady indeed.
I am type 2 as well. I take metformin an the am and pm. I was on glyberide but my sugars kept dipping too low. I have to be honest I find the whole disease frustrating. I have battled my weight all my life and find it even more difficult to lose weight since being dx'd
I keep coming here and Melody and Shelley kick my butt once and a while and it helps. I think I will need to move in with Melody for a while to really get it!!!!! Just kidding Melody!!
Anyway, Welcome again Richard!! Glad that you are here!!
