Lightbulb The purpose of this study

I believe was to show an active transport process in the CSF.

It does not say, that all people should keep high blood concentrations.

There are two basic ways things move around inside the body.
1) passive diffusion-- which means things from high concentration move automatically to lower

2) active transport-- which means something is capable of being moved and concentrated.

Is there more to this article? When putting up articles like this it is best to "quote" them, and then provide the link.
From PubMed the link # is at the bottom of the abstract as well, and it is a good idea to include that.
