tick tock tick tock
hear the sound of this clock
time is running out
this is how i felt
when i became ill
thought the answer was a pill
but i was to weak
i felt like a freak
but time is getting on
wish i could say i was wrong


my shadow is my friend
with him i dont have to pretend
i can be myself and not fake
he wont give me advise that i should take
he wont get upset or get offended
we wont have any bridges that need to be mended
