I've found that with MS it's just "flavor of the day". Any given day (or hour) I could have any number of sx or none at all. That's just the way it is with MS. But, we have to be careful not to blame everything on MS....'cos some things aren't even related to it and require their own treatment.
When I was first dx I was hyper-aware of every sx and "new" feeling I had. I was constantly researching to see if something was MS related or not...but as it turns out MS sx mimic tons of other illness sx, too.
So, I just try to take each day as it comes, sx or not. As long as I'm breathing, not in too much pain and can still eat...I'm OK!

I do what I can to combat this disease (I take LDN) and try not to let the days that the sx rear their ugly head bother me too much. The only sx that has hung around for more than a year is the numbness in my right hand but I've gotten used to it and it honestly doesn't bother me anymore. I don't even notice it most of the time.
