hi I leak CSF so I just dropped this here thought it maybe of interest to you guys CSF is such an important part of our make up the fact that the concentrations of these vitamins is higher in the CSF and the article suggests that the elements need to be high in the blood, to archive this I think is valid point so for us who are leaking it it can only help the csf board here is a joke and I am not aloud to give links to ???
