I tried them a while ago. They do stretch some muscles that some of the typical exercises you get don't. They are worth trying.
I just did not find they were the miracle cure promised in the book. Maybe if you have ordinary average chronic pain that people get as they age and not a severe injury, they would be a complete cure.
Still as I said, they are worth trying, you might find some tips that are helpful.
