Hi Richard!

I'm going on 6months dry and sober on the 5th of November. Some days are not so bad, and others are just like....why me? Why can't I just have a lil something extra to take the edge off....everyone else is still able to....then I remember what a tailspin it was putting my emotions in during the several months leading up to my quitting. And I see where I am today....sobriety is indeed worth it! If it weren't so tough, everyone would be doing it?
