I was thinking a lot about my myofascia pain most particularly Saturday night. I babysat my grandson and my daughter, after returning from a halloween party, decided to sleep with me in the guestroom. (She loves her momma. )

Anyway, she got in bed and snuggled up next to me and her elbow was resting against my upper arm. It hurt SO much! My reaction was immediate and she said, "Geez mom, I'm barely touching you!"

Well, exactly. It amazes me to hurt so much from the lightest touch.

The chronic pain is debilitating. But it's nice to be able to talk with people who understand! You will find that understanding alllllll over NeuroTalk.
