I would wonder if the Solu Medrol is still playing havoc with you. I had a sleep study 'casue I didn't think my Ritalin was doing enough for me. So now with my C-PAP I do sleep better, I don't always feel more rested but anyone else around me is because they don't have to listen to me snoring.
