I quit 12 years ago; started again for a year, and then quit again 8 years ago. For me its a completely psychological addiction. To this day; despite the fact that the smell makes me wonder how I ever started in the first place, if I see someone smoking and Im having a horrible day, I will crave one temporarily.

Wish I could get that sort of addiction towards health food or something...lol.
