I too take Trazadone along with Klonapin at night, but I still wake up once during the night with my chocolate graving, I have some chocolate with a few sips of a bottle of Dasini water, and then back to sleep.

I used to wake up much more during the night.

No clue what the chocolate deal is.....

What is BIOFREEZE??????? That was mentioned?

I too love to sleep with a fan, it sooths me right to sleep.

If I take a nap during the day, then I can stay up later most of the time, I am an early to bed, but I get up very early too.
