More info. I was diagnosed with a severe case of graves disease/ hyperthyroidism when i was 19. it was the worst case the doctors in my area had seen and I was on the verge of having a heart attack. I actually had a team of doctors for this.
Then, I became pregnant with my daughter4 years later. (after 2 miscarriages) I was on medication the entire pregnancy and after I had her they gave me radioactive iodine theory to kill off part of my thyroid. 6 months later i stopped the meds and have since tested normal but have not been tested in a little over a year.
The only information i can find aside from the two being related all deals with people who were diagnosed with MS and were on interferons and then developed graves.
