Default ONS trial

So I saw my pain specialist today and she and I talked some more about the ONS. She said she is writing the company to see if she can get a trail lead stim for me. It will cost about $600 out of MY pocket because of all the red tape with the gov't.

Not sure when this would happen but the idea is that if I can get the trial lead and it works for me, then it will be more proof to show the gov't it's a workable solution for me and they should approve funding for the implant.

So stressful. I wish the gov't would just get off it's tightwad you-know-what and cover this. People don't ask for implants for FUN.

Let's hope this whole plan works and I'm not flushing $600 down the tube.

*grumpy*
