I have it too, and agree with Vic that I've heard it can result from the neurological damage we have.
Even though the fix would be normally be considered "cosmetic surgery" (not free here in Canada), apparently people with some neurological conditions, like MS, can sometimes get it done as a "necessary" (paid for) procedure.
This can actually cause a perception of fatigue, and perhaps even fatigue itself, especially if it is moderate to severe. It can apparently also interfere with our eye sight.
