My philosophy of being overweight is very simple...if you can't hide it, decorate it!!

I lose, I gain, I lose and then it comes back...

Just made a huge pot of brunswick stew, enough to feed about 20 people...that should hold the families for a day or so...

glad all are doing well...glad the pediculosis have left NaeNae...and the laundry is done...

Tomorrow I start on my christmas candy making...
