I have been taking citicoline for around 5 years now. I buy it from iHerb, the Jarrow formulation, in 250mg capsules. It promotes brain metabolism and is given to stroke victims to aid recovery.
I can't say I have my brain back to when I was 25!! LOL.
However, my memory is fine, and my 2 sons always call me when they have a chemistry problem at work, even though they did their university degrees about 30 years later than me!!!
