I was sleeping so well this morning, and then I got woken up by the window repair people (Pella) that were replacing the aluminum cladding around our windows that were damaged by hailstones earlier this year. Argh!

My cold or whatever was going on the past few weeks seems to be better, and aside from a couple of headaches, I've been feeling great lately. Except for the numb tingly bits and the weird pain in my left big toe.

Does anyone know if pain from a trauma, or an actual traumatic injury can trigger a flare? I hurt my foot and toe earlier this summer, and it's been slow to heal, and with the cold this week (it's freezing here!) I wonder if it's the pain from my toe that's setting off the numb tinglies.
