Don't get discouraged... some of the medications do help alot. My husband had good control for ten years with copaxen. He didn't have any more exasperations for almost the whole ten years. It was only after he decided that he didn't need the meds that his MS changed from relapsing remitting to Progressive.

I know that it is difficult to keep pushing on when you are in pain. My husband had a lot of muscle and joint pain too.
