hi im new here, but did want to let u know that iive had rsd for over 2 years, and have seen tons of pain mangment docs, all of witch wanted to do that s.g. blocks to me as well. i was told it could take up to 40 before i seen any resuilts, well ive had well over 30 blocks and never workd.. it got to point were i was doing 1 evry monday fallowed with an epidual right after becuse it was causeing much pain to my back,. my point being that lot of docs say its the treatment for rsd, but most theses docs dont relizes rsd is all diffrent for evry one and after the 3rd block not working changcs are another 20 arnt gonna work., u have to be ferm but non intimadting or now it all sounding with theses docs, dont let them tell u its there way or no way, when a doc tells u that, trust me,, no matter how desprate u are, leave find a new doc, or ull end up like me 30 +blocks later along with over 20 epises and worse off than before, know urself now ur body, while doing blocks keep a pain jurnal, so u can keep track, of evrything, most of all dont be afraid to tell a doctor no., we already did it and it didnt work. but at the same time, u have to be willing to try new things, i hope this helps some
