Thanks for posting this Darlene. There is a chapter in his wonderful book about Protecting Your Church and it talks about how to take good care of your Pastor. I want to mimiograph copies of it and read it aloud from my pew!!
I am heartbroken by the treatment she has received from all these "good Christians". 
She's found a new church and I am happy for her but on a very selfish note...I am hurting. Needless to say we are looking for a new church....
